We used them for our move to our new home in August 2025. I was extremely happy with the service starting with the quoting process to final box/furniture being brought in our new home. Was especially impressed with communication from confirming the date, to asking if we needed help before move or if we were ready, to the day of the move. We had a crew of 5: Walter Myers, Michael, Patrick, Curtis & Brian. Every single one of these guys were very hard working and did a awesome job, seriously good guys. They all communicated with me throughout the day to make sure I was happy where something was going. When I asked them to move again a piece of large furniture because I didn't like where I originally told them to put it, they did it cheerfully and wanted me satisfied, and this happened more than once! We were leaving a large 3 story home into another large 3 story home and I would absolutely not hesitate to use this company again if needed. Highly recommend!

Suzie sent her A team to help us with our down sizing move. These strong men had great attitudes and were professional. The lead communicated well and often so I knew exactly what was happening. The crew was friendly and careful. There was attention to detail like when they moved the washer and dryer they carefully moved all the pieces and made sure the attachments were neatly arranged at the new house and ready for hook up. They put down runners to prevent the floors from being scratched. They seem to work in pairs and worked well together. They were done early and under budget. Not much more I could ask for.
I would never use any other moving company. As Realtors® Changing Places Moving is the only moving company we refer to our clients. They have never let us or our clients down in our almost 20 years experience with the firm!
Highly recommend the Changing Places Team. Everyone I interacted with front start to finish was professional, positive, helpful and caring. I loved that my first call in to Changing Places was answered by Johnna, the owner. She was amazing and so easy to talk to. Her enthusiasm and passion for the service she provides was evident even on that first, quick intro call.
Chris was our sales rep. He came to our home, spending time walking thru everything involved in the move and going over what was needed for the estimate. Even though we have moved many times, it was so helpful having him go thru the details and offer his advice. I also really appreciated the contact list for specialty items like our Peloton Bike and Tread, and our pool table, and the timeline list to keep me on track. Chris was thorough, knowledgeable and kept communicating with me prior to move in day to make sure I was all set. And he followed up after the move to make sure everything had gone smoothly. I can't recommend him enough. He has been there for 15 years I think he said, and it shows!
We had a lot of stuff to move, so we broke it into 2 days, dealing with the outside, garage and storage unit on day 1, and then everything else on day 2. The entire crew of movers were hardworking, careful and had great attitudes. Mike and Patrick were exceptional, working incredibly hard even with the 104 heat index. They inspired confidence and kept everything moving at a quick pace even in the demanding weather conditions. I am also grateful how careful the team was with everything. Everything was disassembled and reassembled without issue and great care was taken with my antique pieces.
Moving may not be the funnest activity, but Changing Places takes the pain out of at least the physical part of moving day! Their upbeat attitudes, hard work ethic, attention to detail and care for your items, makes the process so much easier and enjoyable! I don't plan to move any time soon, but if I do, they will be the ones I call!
Everything was great, from quick last-minute scheduling to handle my move same-week that I contacted them, to showing up bright and early on move day with great cheerful attitudes. All in all the team (I believe Joseph was the lead) made my move as smooth and stress-free as could be!
After living in a home for 40 years, it was time for a move. As those who have moved know....it involves numerous emotions. Changing Places moving was recommended by a friend who I trusted, as well as my real estate agent. After contacting the company, I was told I would be contacted by a representative for the company who would meet with me to discuss my needs, as well as cost of same. That representative followed up on a regular basis to make certain all was going well, and to see if I had any questions or concerns. On the day of the move, the movers were on time. There were four employees to do the move. I have to admit that my expectations were far exceeded. Always smiling. Never a nasty word or comment. Always asking if I needed anything else moved. They took apart beds and put them back together at the new house. They took apart storage units in garage and put them back together in new house. There were many very heavy items on 2nd floor that needed to moved. There was not a mark on any of the walls that flowed down the stairs. They constantly asked if there was anything else I wanted moved. And of course, there was more ....I highly recommend Changing Places moving company. They were great.
The Changing Places team was outstanding. From weekly check-ins prior to my move to a smooth, stress free moving day they helped make my move less chaotic. The moving team was professional and worked hard on a hot, humid day. They did a final walk through at the end of the day and switched around furniture for me to make my space perfect. I highly recommend the Changing Places team for your next move.

Moving is like going to the dentist, no one wants to do it, but Changing Places made it as painless as possible.
